Founded in the Mid-1940's
by Mr. Leonard D. Allen, a pioneer in both the utilization of
Manufacturer's Representatives by OEM's as well as one of the
original members of the Electronic Representative Association.
Now with it's third
generation owners the philosophy of customer service and local
support continues to be the strength of the company.

OEM and to the customer will remain the vision and direction that
